MISSION CAPSULES: Our gifts to Presbyterians Sharing ... support Hamilton Inner City Outreach Ministry at St. David's Presbyterian Church in Hamilton, Ontario. This ministry reaches out to children, youth and families in need in Hamilton's downtown core. It's Discovery Club offers children between the ages of 6-13 a wide variety of new experiences, including singing, cooking drama, crafts, carpentry and exposure to guest speakers. It is a safe space where kids can feel like they are part of a community, share a meal together (for some, their only meal of the day), and find someone who will listen to them. Let us pray for this vital ministry as it provides hope for a better future to those who otherwise would be living without hope.

GREAT ONE LINERS: For those of you old enough to remember Red Skelton, you will enjoy these. For those of you not old enough, you will see what you missed.

Recipe for the perfect marriage:

Two times a week we go to a nice restaurant, have a little beverage, good food and companionship. She goes on Tuesdays; I go on Fridays!

We sleep in separate beds. Hers is in California and mine is in Texas.

I take my wife everywhere, but she keeps finding her way back.

I asked my wife where she wanted to go for our anniversary. "Somewhere I haven't been in a long time!" she said, so I suggested the kitchen.

Have a good week. MB
